About The Position

Dotmatics is seeking an In-House Talent Partner (360 Recruiter) for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will focus on end-to-end hiring for Product & Technology, specifically software engineering positions like Full-Stack Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers with a scientific/SaaS background, and Test Engineers. The position requires flexibility to support other business areas when hiring volume is high, including GTM (Go To Market/Sales) and solutions architects. Responsibilities may extend to supporting with interview scheduling and managing pre-boarding and on-boarding activities. The role operates in a collaborative, global team environment that values low ego and a hands-on approach to all aspects of the hiring process. The Talent Partner will be responsible for fueling hiring across the US, UK, EMEA, and Canadian markets by developing strong talent pipelines, providing market insights, and implementing creative sourcing strategies. Requirements

  • 8+ years of 360 recruitment experience, ideally in Product & Engineering.
  • In-house experience within high-growth tech companies.
  • Experience working in a globally distributed team and supporting hiring teams in different time zones.
  • Proven success scaling a high-growth SaaS company by hiring the people who build its future.
  • Demonstrated success in owning market, process, and relationships.
  • Proven success managing multiple requisitions in fast-paced environments in SaaS software engineering.
  • Proven success of self-sourcing and building meaningful pipelines/talent pools.
  • Understanding and tracking of key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline health, conversion rates, quality of hire) and ability to translate them into business impact.
  • Deep knowledge of multiple geos in SaaS Product & Technology (Software) talent markets, including where to find and how to attract top talent.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills; ability to coach, challenge, and guide hiring managers effectively.
  • Proactive, adaptable, highly organized, and thrives in a scale-up environment where priorities move quickly.
  • Comfortable working on other roles in the business as a flex player.
  • Cares about delivering an excellent candidate experience while moving fast.
  • Proficient in an ATS (Greenhouse Preferred) and HIRS systems (Workday preferred).

  • Background as a successful agency tech recruiter looking to make the move as an in-house recruiter.
  • Experience in pre and on-boarding, managing candidates from offer acceptance to first day.

  • Deep experience in other markets such as Life Science / Technology / IT Services / Consulting / Fintech.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and own the entire recruitment process from intake with hiring managers to offer stage.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders and hiring managers, guiding them on market insights, hiring strategies, and best practices.
  • Drive candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, outreach, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced SaaS environment, balancing speed with quality.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on multiple geo in tech hiring markets, understanding trends, challenges, compensation, and talent locations.
  • Collaborate, advise, and influence stakeholders to ensure alignment on expectations and drive better hiring outcomes.
  • Deliver an exceptional, human-centered candidate journey at every touchpoint.
  • Support sourcing & hiring across other business areas when volume is high.
  • Support with scheduling interviews.
  • Manage pre-board and on-boarding activities for the team.
