Dotmatics is seeking an In-House Talent Partner (360 Recruiter) for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will focus on end-to-end hiring for Product & Technology, specifically software engineering positions like Full-Stack Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers with a scientific/SaaS background, and Test Engineers. The position requires flexibility to support other business areas when hiring volume is high, including GTM (Go To Market/Sales) and solutions architects. Responsibilities may extend to supporting with interview scheduling and managing pre-boarding and on-boarding activities. The role operates in a collaborative, global team environment that values low ego and a hands-on approach to all aspects of the hiring process. The Talent Partner will be responsible for fueling hiring across the US, UK, EMEA, and Canadian markets by developing strong talent pipelines, providing market insights, and implementing creative sourcing strategies.
