The Talent & Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for designing, building, and operating Englewood Lab's Learning & Development (L&D), talent development, and organizational development initiatives. This role transforms HR strategies into practical frameworks and measurable business outcomes. The position leads competency assessments and Employee Engagement/Culture Surveys, identifies organizational and individual capability gaps, and translates insights into targeted learning and development programs. The Specialist also develops data-driven, decision-ready analyses and recommendations to support leadership decision-making. In addition, this role owns the design, execution, analysis, and continuous improvement of Learning & Development programs, Employer Branding, Employee Recognition, Internal Communications, and AI-driven HR initiatives.
