About The Position

The Save Mart Companies is seeking a Talent & Organizational Development Coordinator to provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support for Talent & OD programs, events, and meetings under supervision. This role involves maintaining records in the LMS and HR systems, tracking attendance and compliance, and documenting SOPs. The coordinator will also support facilitator scheduling, survey administration, data collection, and communicate program updates. The primary focus is to enable the team's effective execution through strong organizational and administrative support.

Requirements

  • Ability to facilitate pre-designed sessions, meetings, and events
  • Ability to coordinate session logistics
  • Ability to gather stakeholder feedback to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Ability to track attendance and completion of events and classes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written communications.
  • Ability to communicate key information in a clear, timely, and professional manner
  • Ability to maintain processes and tasks within existing talent and OD programs.
  • Ability to maintain training or other records to ensure completion of mandatory requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate with peers and cross-functional partners
  • 1 minimum year related experience
  • High School or GED and/or equivalent experience/training

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates meetings, sessions and events
  • Coordinates logistics for department programs
  • Tracks attendance, completion compliance and evaluation of sessions and events
  • Schedules and supports facilitators per established plans
  • Maintaining accurate records in LMS and other HR systems, including course catalogs and learning documentation
  • Supporting needs assessment, feedback collection, and survey administration
  • Communication of program, project or team updates to key stakeholders and internal team.
  • Documenting SOPs and supporting process consistency and operational efficiency
