This internship offers an opportunity to explore various aspects of human resources and contribute to the success of the talent management team. The company is seeking a dynamic, creative, organized individual with strong communication skills to help achieve the Talent Management Centre's objectives.

Requirements

• Be eligible to work in Canada
• Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship
• Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable
• Pursuing a degree in marketing, commerce, or human resources
• Working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues

Responsibilities

• Support the team in several projects related to employee engagement and experience, notably through employee surveys
• Implement talent management processes that align with the company’s strategies and global talent management practices
• Support HR business partners in identifying activities related to leadership development, training, and employee development
