About The Position
AIUC's mission is to underwrite superintelligence. They red-team, certify, and insure agents such as ElevenLabs, UiPath, and Intercom. The company believes that agents will soon handle critical tasks in sectors like healthcare, banking, and government, which could lead to either abundance or significant risks. AIUC emphasizes the role of standards and insurance in making risks understandable and shaping incentives. They have developed the AIUC-1 standard for agent security and reliability, with input from over 100 CISOs from Fortune 1000 companies. The team comprises individuals from backgrounds including Anthropic, McKinsey, METR, Weights & Biases, Perplexity, and the Thiel Fellowship. Their seed funding of $15 million was led by Nat Friedman.
Requirements
- Talent operator who has scaled technical teams at Series A-D before.
- Know the joys and pains of hiring early technical talent
- Thrive across the stack: candidate operations, marketing, etc
- Taste in building high-touch, low-volume candidate experiences
- Crisp communicator
- Thrives with working hard in fast-paced environments

- Build a world-class talent function & talent brand focused on frontier technical talent and GTM.
- Run our talent roadmap
- Lead the charge on defining ‘world class’ for new roles
- Build a compelling talent brand
- Build a sourcing machine and make hiring a team sport
- Run a tight ship on RecOps
- Build out a talent team when needed
