The Talent & HR Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing and executing the full employee lifecycle, from application review through onboarding and training completion. This role ensures that hiring and onboarding processes are efficient, well-documented, compliant, and aligned with organizational growth objectives. The position is highly operational and execution-focused, emphasizing hands-on HR administration, systems management, and process implementation rather than high-level policy development. This role will work under the direction of the HR Director to ensure compliant, legal, and ethical standards are maintained at the HR level. This position is operational in nature and does not include responsibility for high-level HR strategy, policy creation, executive-level negotiations, payroll, compensation, or legal determinations. The role is designed to ensure effective execution, system integrity, and day-to-day HR operational excellence. This role can be either full time or part time based on the right candidate, including availability, experience, and qualifications.
