Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 3 year of Human Resources experience, including internships
Minimum of 1 year of experience with recruiting
Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Jonesville, SC will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Nice To Haves

Special knowledge of state and federal laws, regulations, and procedures as they relate to recruitment, terminations, AAP/EEO, FLSA, unemployment, Workers’ Compensation, etc
2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or related role
Experience with large ramp up of business in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment

Responsibilities

Support hiring plans of salaried and hourly employees
Coordinate recruitment efforts with Eaton Talent Acquisition team
Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding
Monitor employment for contingent personnel through partnership with Randstad, as needed.
Lead outreach efforts by promoting and maintaining relationships with civic and educational institutions.
Assist in the development of the Affirmative Action Plan and related reports/documentation.
Provide proactive support in establishing a progressive human resources climate that enhances continuous improvement, positive communications, and a teaming environment
