About The Position

The Talent Experience Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Acquisition Operations by coordinating candidate engagement activities, client programs, sourcing support, communications, events, and team initiatives that contribute to successful hiring outcomes. This role serves as an extension of the Talent Acquisition Partners, helping to attract, engage, and support prospective candidates throughout the early stages of the recruiting process. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, Talent Operations, Marketing, and leadership, the Talent Experience Coordinator helps ensure recruiting initiatives, communications, events, and candidate engagement activities are executed effectively and aligned with Talent Acquisition priorities. This position is ideal for a highly organized, collaborative professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting recruiting efforts, coordinating projects, and creating positive candidate experiences within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Associate degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting support, candidate engagement, communications, marketing coordination, project coordination, human resources, customer experience, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating projects, events, meetings, webinars, training programs, or stakeholder communications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, technologies, and processes.

• Experience supporting Talent Acquisition, recruiting operations, or recruiting programs.
• Experience coordinating recruiting events, information sessions, engagement programs, or training initiatives.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, recruitment marketing, or project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition Partners with candidate engagement activities, client programs, sourcing initiatives, and sourcing campaigns.
• Assist with outreach campaigns, talent pipeline engagement, and candidate communications.
• Monitor and respond to candidate questions across recruiting platforms, talent communities, and social media channels in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.
• Coordinate and conduct candidate information sessions, virtual events, and recruiting training sessions.
• Maintain candidate FAQs, communication templates, and candidate-facing resources.
• Support recruiting efforts for upcoming classes, hiring initiatives, and priority talent programs.
• Help ensure a positive, responsive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruiting journey.
• Coordinate talent community engagement initiatives that support ongoing recruiting efforts.
• Assist in planning and executing recruiting campaigns, information sessions, webinars, and engagement programs.
• Support candidate nurture activities that help maintain relationships with prospective candidates.
• Help identify opportunities to increase participation, engagement, and awareness of recruiting programs and events.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of recruiting presentations, training materials, and participant resources.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team through meeting coordination, reminders, follow-up communications, and action item tracking.
• Assist with meeting preparation, presentations, agendas, and facilitation support.
• Coordinate recruiting-related meetings, projects, and team initiatives in partnership with Talent Operations Coordinator.
• Maintain organized records, trackers, templates, and shared documentation.
• Support Talent Acquisition leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Talent Operations Coordinator to support recruiting process improvements, communications, and program execution.
• Partner with Marketing and Talent Operations to support recruiting campaigns, candidate communications, and employer branding initiatives.
• Coordinate graphic design requests and assist with the creation of candidate-facing materials, presentations, and recruiting resources.
• Support social media engagement and recruiting-related communication efforts.
• Coordinate promotional activities for recruiting programs, hiring events, and information sessions.
• Collect candidate stories, testimonials, and content ideas to support future recruiting campaigns and engagement initiatives.
• Gather feedback from candidates, Talent Acquisition Partners, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support tracking of engagement activities, recruiting events, and program participation.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives that enhance candidate engagement, recruiting effectiveness, and team efficiency.
• Recommend enhancements to communications, resources, and recruiting programs.
