Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, Canva, and Outlook.
  • Competent with Microsoft Teams.
  • Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Learning Management Systems (LMS) (Paycom preferred)
  • Experience with Presentation Software (Canva preferred), Learning Management Systems (Paycom a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of Human Resource and/or Learning and Development experience with experience creating training programs and delivering content.
  • Strong written communication and content development skills with and ability to communicate effectively to all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management and/or implementation of new processes, initiatives, and programs.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated passion for workplace culture, employee experience and engagement.

Nice To Haves

  • Paycom preferred for HRIS, ATS, and LMS
  • Canva preferred for Presentation Software

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including posting, sourcing, conducting interviews and guiding the offer process
  • Lead onboarding sessions, welcome communications and first week logistics
  • Maintain and manage the company’s LMS, including uploading courses and tracking employee completion.
  • Develop and distribute the monthly HR newsletter and internal communications related to programs, policy updates and company culture initiatives
  • Lead company Culture Ambassador program; champion the organization’s values, acting as a culture steward and partner in driving engagement, inclusion and a sense of belonging.
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation.
  • Support special projects such as performance management cycles, engagement surveys, and benefit communication campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a resource training and development library by ensuring that resources are available.
  • Provide support and backup for other HR functions as needed
