Talent Engagement Specialist - Community Support

Pacific Health GroupSanta Clara, CA
$72,000 - $76,000Hybrid

About The Position

Pacific Health Group is seeking a Talent Engagement Specialist who views great hiring as great matchmaking, believing that the right people in the right roles can transform care for the communities served. This role is crucial for building talent pipelines that directly support the Community Supports (CS) program and the individuals delivering care in the field. This is a hybrid role, requiring a true 50/50 split between field and desk work, meaning it is not suitable for someone whose ideal week is limited to online sourcing and virtual outreach. The specialist will partner closely with the Community Supports team to understand real-time hiring needs, workforce gaps, and community dynamics, ensuring candidates align with both the role and the populations served. At Pacific Health Group, the mission is to revolutionize healthcare and improve health outcomes by addressing social determinants of health and coordinating comprehensive community-based services. The role involves spending approximately half of the time in the field and half managing pipelines and coordination, traveling across assigned regions to support CS hiring needs and outreach efforts, and partnering with CS leadership to align recruiting strategies with operational needs. The specialist will build and maintain active candidate pipelines, drive candidate engagement, assessments, and follow-up, and manage multiple open roles simultaneously with speed, organization, and accuracy, utilizing recruiting platforms and tools for real-time tracking. This position demands strong time management, independence, and comfort in fast-paced, people-facing environments.

  • Ability to travel locally for community outreach, hiring events, and partnerships
  • Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation (if applicable)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Successful completion of our pre-employment process, which includes a background check and the submission of all required documentation and new hire paperwork
