In this role, you won’t just fill seats. You’ll build the talent pipelines that make better healthcare possible, and you’ll be the reason strong clinicians choose Pacific Health Group over everywhere else they could go. This is not a desk-only role. Expect a true 50/50 split between field and desk work. If your ideal week is limited to LinkedIn searches and virtual outreach, this is not the right fit. We are looking for someone who shows up — at workforce development centers, career fairs, community college campuses, job clubs, workforce partner events, union halls, community centers, and local organizations. Many of our strongest hires come from in-person connections, not job boards. This role is hybrid, While this role is primarily remote, your success happens out in the community. You’ll need to be based in California and ready to travel locally for what matters: university partnerships, hiring fairs, and active street outreach. We offer the flexibility of working from home, provided you’re ready to show up and represent us in person whenever there’s a chance to find great talent.
