Talent Discovery Consultant
About The Position
We are looking for a Talent Discovery Consultant to join our Talent Discovery Americas Team! This role will enable business growth by delivering top talent across the US and Canada. The consultant will own and drive end-to-end recruiting processes from headcount approval to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies. They will execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent in competitive markets, deliver hiring outcomes aligned with time, quality, and candidate experience expectations, and lead and coordinate complex, multi-country recruitment campaigns. Leveraging data and market insights to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness and impact is also a key aspect of this role.
Requirements
- Proven end-to-end technical recruiting experience in a large, matrixed organization
- Strong expertise in sourcing, including advanced search techniques
- Ability to assess talent through structured and behavioral interviewing techniques
- Experience managing complex hiring processes across multiple stakeholders and geographies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust across cultures and seniority levels
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes
- Growth mindset, AI adoption mindset, curiosity, and a proactive, customer-focused approach
