About The Position

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. The SAP Talent Discovery team has an exciting opportunity where you will learn all aspects of SAP’s recruiting process, including client management, sourcing, candidate selection, and offer negotiation. This role will involve project management, including recruiting operations support, special project tracking, and presentation-ready decks. It will also support AI adoption through communications and enablement, and help track adoption metrics and feedback loops. Additionally, the intern will shadow and train under senior recruiters. In talent attraction, the intern will recruit for intern and Academy hiring vacancies across North America, build relationships with hiring managers to determine hiring needs, devise and execute effective recruiting strategies, and provide a central source of support and knowledge to the businesses. The role also involves managing all phases of the recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, selecting candidates, negotiating, presenting offers, and finalizing hires, as well as developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal clients, colleagues, and other team members to create a pipeline of key talent. The intern will manage and coordinate all communication with candidates, including screening, timely feedback, and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Ideally pursuing a master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field; seniors in a bachelor’s program will be considered
  • Must be currently enrolled or a recent graduate (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a bachelor’s or master’s program (or JD/PhD)
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to scrub and interpret data using formulas, pivot tables, V-lookups, and graphs
  • Strong PowerPoint and graphic design skills
  • Strong networking skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Organized with a high attention to detail
  • High initiative and strong independent worker
  • Ability to work with ambiguity

Responsibilities
