The Talent & Development Coordinator is responsible for administering and supporting procedural documentation, and compliance-related systems across Motiva. This role serves as a key resource for employees, subject matter experts (SMEs), and business stakeholders by ensuring training materials, procedures, policies, and records are accurate, current, accessible, and compliant with organizational requirements. The Coordinator will serve as the primary administrator for ATR Smart Procedures and other document management and learning systems, including PolicyTech and associated training databases. This position is responsible for facilitating user training, maintaining system integrity, supporting compliance initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement of documentation and learning processes. This is not a traditional clerical or document control position. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical aptitude, ownership of processes, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and the capability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
