This unpaid internship program is designed to provide college students with practical insights into the real estate industry while offering opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements
- Commitment of 15-20 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling, with at least one day in the office
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
- Strong interest in real estate and property management.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn new software tools.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities

- Assist team members with day-to-day operations
- Shadow experienced team members in different departments to gain exposure to various aspects of property management, finance, and real estate sales.
