About The Position

The HR Generalist, Talent & Culture is responsible for executing day-to-day human resources operations across recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, compliance, and Associate support. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless and positive associate experience while maintaining accurate systems, processes, and compliance standards. This position partners closely with the Manager, Talent & Culture to support the full Associate lifecycle and ensure efficient execution of HR programs and initiatives across all business lines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of HR experience (multi-functional preferred)
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Associate data in ADP Workforce Now, including new hires, status changes, and terminations
  • Support payroll processing by preparing and auditing payroll worksheets and related inputs
  • Maintain employee personnel files and ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping
  • Generate standard HR reports (headcount, turnover, etc.) and support data accuracy
  • Post job openings across platforms (ADP, Indeed, ZipRecruiter)
  • Manage candidate tracking and maintain recruiting documentation
  • Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screenings
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics, including scheduling, materials, and system setup
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding processes and ensure a positive first-day experience
  • Manage onboarding checklists (IT, payroll, benefits, etc.)
  • Support offboarding processes including termination documentation and COBRA notifications
  • Reconcile monthly benefit invoices and maintain tracking spreadsheets
  • Assist with annual open enrollment preparation and execution
  • Support workers’ compensation tracking and claims coordination
  • Maintain OSHA logs and support annual reporting requirements
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
  • Assist with audits and compliance documentation
  • Serve as a first point of contact for general HR inquiries
  • Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Escalate complex employee relations issues to the Manager
  • Support HR events, recognition programs, and company initiatives
  • Assist with internal communications and HR-related updates
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
