This entry level role is the backbone of our highly performing Talent Acquisition team, which has hired more than 600 new team members this year and counting. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and love being the behind-the-scenes force that keeps everything running smoothly, you will thrive here. You will handle much of the administrative coordination that keeps our hiring engine moving, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, tracking feedback, sending offers, and making sure no detail slips through the cracks. You will work hand-in-hand with our Talent Acquisition Specialists to make their lives easier, amplify their impact, and ensure every candidate walks away with a positive impression of Encore, no matter where they land in the process.
