About The Position

The Talent Enablement Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality hiring and onboarding across the organization. By driving accuracy, consistency, and responsiveness across talent processes, this role enables timely project staffing, reduces compliance risk, and improves both candidate and new hire experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or related experience.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, onboarding processes, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (Paylocity or similar preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and improve process gaps.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner across all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive, service-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting & Candidate Coordination
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruiting logistics including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) accuracy and ensure workflow integrity.
  • Partner with managers to ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality hiring processes.
  • Support a seamless candidate experience and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Onboarding & Compliance
  • Own and coordinate end-to-end onboarding to ensure new hires are fully prepared for day one.
  • Manage onboarding workflows including HRIS transactions, documentation, systems access, equipment, benefits enrollment, and orientation scheduling.
  • Coordinate employment eligibility compliance including I-9 and E-Verify, ensuring audit-ready documentation and readiness for federal contractor requirements.
  • Support employment-based processes (H-1B, STEM-OPT, PERM) in partnership with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
  • Coordinate role- and project-specific requirements such as background checks, drug testing, health screenings, PPE, and site access credentials for regulated and federal project environments.
  • New Hire Experience & Early Engagement
  • Conduct structured 30/60/90-day new hire check-ins to support engagement and successful integration.
  • Surface early engagement insights and trends to support retention and experience improvements.
  • Talent Programs & Process Improvement
  • Support internship, scholarship, and university recruiting programs to strengthen early talent pipelines.
  • Coordinate recruiting events, campus engagement, and networking activities, including logistics and follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into recruiting and onboarding effectiveness.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance speed, quality, and compliance across talent operations.
