HR Experience and Knowledge Base: Preferably 1-3 years of previous experience as part of an HR or people team in a professional services environment. Job Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Talent team across the full employee lifecycle, including organizing, filing and updating documents, and preparing meeting minutes as needed. Project Coordination: Assist in the implementation of talent initiatives by coordinating logistics, tracking progress, and ensuring timelines are met. Communication Assistance: Help develop and disseminate internal communications regarding talent programs and initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across the firm. Data Tracking: Monitor and maintain records related to talent initiatives, including engagement surveys and training programs, to support data-driven decision-making. Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement events, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all participants. Feedback Collection: Assist in gathering employee feedback on talent initiatives to inform continuous improvement and enhance the employee experience. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about best practices and trends in talent management to contribute innovative ideas and support program enhancements. Salary and benefits: The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. LP believes this is the pay range it will pay for this position at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be contingent on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant and the requirements of the position.
