At Hi-Way Paving, we are general contractors in the construction field that specialize in significant amounts of concrete paving, storm drainage, and excavation on highways and airfields. The People & Talent Coordinator is a key member of the People and Talent team, responsible for supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and training coordination for our Nashville operations. This role combines talent acquisition support with on-site people operations, serving as the main HR contact for Nashville-based employees while helping drive our hiring efforts in a growing market. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow their skills in recruiting and HR. They will own the administrative side of talent acquisition, posting jobs, assisting with screening candidates, coordinating offers and onboarding, while also building relationships with employees and managers in the field. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously, and a collaborative approach to supporting the broader People and Talent team.
