About The Position

The Talent Coordinator is an execution-focused, operational role responsible for managing the day-to-day sponsorship and campaign execution for a portfolio of assigned creators. Acting as a critical extension of the Talent Management team, this role ensures brand deals move smoothly from offer intake and contract execution through campaign completion, with all deliverables fulfilled accurately and on time. This role sits at the intersection of Talent, Campaign Management, Sales, and Operations, ensuring that work sold is work delivered. Success in this role is measured primarily by campaign execution performance, with a strong emphasis on campaign completion rate and on-time delivery. This role is ideal for highly organized, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are looking to grow within talent management and creator operations.
