The Talent Business Partner is responsible for the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs and sourcing top candidates to fostering employee development and retention. In this role, the Talent Business Partner will exercise discretion and independent judgement with respect to recruitment and ongoing talent initiatives across all departments within the organization. Key responsibilities include creating and publishing job postings, conducting interviews, sourcing and maintaining talent pipelines, and supporting the onboarding experience to ensure seamless integration into Riverstone. Additionally, this role will collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, career pathing, and succession planning to support long-term organizational growth. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with full-cycle recruitment in both an agency and corporate setting and strong communication skills. Ultimately, you will play a vital role in enhancing Riverstone�s employer brand, fostering an engaging workplace culture, and ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent to drive the company�s success.
