We are actively recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our growing team! In this role you will have a direct impact on growing Orion180's business and culture. As a TA Business Partner, you will be at the heart of our hiring strategy to attract, engage, onboard, and retain top-tier talent. This role is 100% onsite in our Irving, TX office

Requirements

  • BS Degree and 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-tech and fast-paced environments
  • Prior experience developing sourcing and recruiting strategies that drive results for business success
  • Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and market data, utilizing that data to develop strategies and influence decisions.
  • Prior experience with ATS platforms and integrating AI to enhance and streamline recruiting processes.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present to internal senior stakeholders and candidates

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative strategies to attract exceptional talent that is hard working, competitive, and results driven.
  • Quickly learn and articulate Orion180’s mission, culture, and priorities.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, by providing market insights, talent intelligence, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Use recruiting metrics, market data, and talent analytics to guide sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
  • Source and connect with high performers, showcasing our company and mission, network at recruiting events, and partner with universities and industry groups to create a robust talent pipeline.
  • Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, and selecting top candidates with precision and care.
  • Meet aggressive time-to-fill and quality of hire goals while ensuring a first-class candidate experience.
