As a TA Business Partner, you will be at the heart of our hiring strategy to attract, engage, onboard, and retain top-tier talent. This role is 100% onsite in our Irving, TX office

Requirements

BS Degree and 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-tech and fast-paced environments
Prior experience developing sourcing and recruiting strategies that drive results for business success
Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and market data, utilizing that data to develop strategies and influence decisions.
Prior experience with ATS platforms and integrating AI to enhance and streamline recruiting processes.
Ability to effectively communicate and present to internal senior stakeholders and candidates

Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, by providing market insights, talent intelligence, and competitive benchmarking.
Use recruiting metrics, market data, and talent analytics to guide sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
Source and connect with high performers, showcasing our company and mission, network at recruiting events, and partner with universities and industry groups to create a robust talent pipeline.
Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, and selecting top candidates with precision and care.
Meet aggressive time-to-fill and quality of hire goals while ensuring a first-class candidate experience.
