Talent Acquisition Business Partner - Raleigh, NC / Blue Bell, PA (Hybrid) ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation united by a mission to bring new medicines and treatments to patient faster. This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at ICON, you will be responsible for executing recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance our talent acquisition efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in talent acquisition within the healthcare or clinical research industry, with a focus on strategic recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies, with a solid understanding of data analysis.
  • A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent acquisition efforts.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and policies.
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 20%)
  • Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to talent acquisition and recruitment activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement in the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources to enhance our talent pipeline.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
