In this role, you’ll operate as a trusted advisor to the business—shaping hiring strategies, delivering top talent, and driving a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting while bringing market insight, data, and creativity to how we attract and hire talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience
  • Strong expertise in direct sourcing, with a track record of engaging and hiring passive talent
  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with hiring managers, influencing hiring decisions and outcomes
  • Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing candidates
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results independently in complex, deadline-driven environments
  • Skilled at building and leveraging professional networks to identify top talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive, lasting relationships
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Background in diversity recruiting and inclusive hiring practices
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools and the ability to leverage AI for talent insights, sourcing strategies, or process optimization
  • Familiarity with high-volume manufacturing environments

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand business priorities, role requirements, and workforce plans
  • Serve as a talent advisor, offering guidance on market trends, talent availability, and effective hiring strategies
  • Build strong, credible relationships through proactive communication and consistent delivery
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process from intake through offer acceptance
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with role and team needs
  • Lead interview coordination and support hiring decisions with structured evaluation
  • Develop and extend offers in partnership with HR, including negotiation and closing
  • Proactively identify and engage talent through multiple channels including referrals, networking, job boards, and research
  • Build and maintain pipelines of both active and passive candidates to meet current and future hiring needs
  • Partner across teams to leverage shared talent networks and referrals
  • Deliver a seamless, transparent, and high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams
  • Set clear expectations, ensure timely communication, and provide guidance throughout the process
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring professionalism at every touchpoint
  • Leverage Workday and other recruiting technologies to manage workflows, maintain data integrity, and drive efficient hiring processes
  • Utilize AI beyond sourcing—including talent insights, market intelligence, and predictive analytics—to inform hiring strategies and workforce planning
  • Apply data and AI-driven insights to advise on talent availability, compensation trends, and expected time-to-fill
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to translate recruiting data into actionable insights and business recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team projects
  • Collaborate closely with HR partners and TA colleagues to align priorities and share best practices
  • Adapt recruiting strategies to meet evolving business needs and hiring volumes
