As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organized, energetic, and people-focused Talent Attraction Coordinator to help us attract, engage, and onboard exceptional talent. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and creating memorable first impressions. You will serve as a key ambassador for Unify and play a vital role in helping candidates see themselves as future members of our team. This position offers a growth path into a full-cycle recruiting role for the right individual. The Talent Attraction Coordinator supports the end-to-end talent journey. This individual will proactively engage with candidates, coordinate interviews, and help create an exceptional, welcoming experience for both candidates and new hires. This is not a traditional HR position; the primary focus is on recruiting, building interest, and helping Unify stand out to top talent with employer branding.

Nice To Haves
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, direct customer service, hospitality, sales, office administration, or another people-focused role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, or other recruiting platforms.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software.
- Experience supporting onboarding or recruiting activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates.
- Manage job postings and recruiting databases.
- Assist with candidate sourcing through various recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Support recruiting events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and new hire requirements.
- Welcome and assist new employees during orientation.
- Conduct office tours and introductions.
- Help create an outstanding first-day experience.
- Support employee engagement and recognition activities.
- Maintain recruiting and onboarding records.
- Assist with employee documentation and onboarding paperwork.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
- Assist with special projects related to recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement.
