SPEAR is seeking a Talent Marketing Leader to help us become the employer of choice for physical therapists and healthcare professionals. This role will own the strategy and execution behind employer branding, recruitment marketing, candidate engagement, and top-of-funnel talent generation. Working closely with Talent Acquisition and Marketing, you'll build and scale programs that attract exceptional talent, strengthen our employer brand, and improve conversion throughout the candidate journey.
