Temporary talent acquisition roles involve sourcing, screening, and hiring staff on a contract basis to meet urgent hiring needs, special projects, or seasonal demand.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or related field.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human capital management (HCM) software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Familiarity with recruitment marketing platforms and tools.

Responsibilities

Manage job postings on various job boards and company website.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Assist in creating and distributing job offers to selected candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress.
Perform data entry and tracking of candidate information in applicant tracking system.
