About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temp) is responsible for coordinating all pre-employment requirements, serving as a point of contact for candidates, posting and updating job openings, scheduling interviews, maintaining accurate records of candidate progress, providing administrative support to recruiters, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and supporting recruiting events and process improvement projects.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all pre-employment requirements including background checks, reference checks, pre-employment health screenings, and others as needed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and clear instructions.
  • Post and update job openings across platforms in alignment with position and branding guidelines.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and interview panels across departments and formats (virtual, in-person, phone).
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate progress through the hiring process.
  • Track and report on key hiring milestones and compliance checkpoints.
  • Provide general administrative support to recruiters, including status tracking, candidate follow-ups, and event preparation.
  • Ensure all hiring processes are completed in accordance with organizational policies, legal regulations, and confidentiality standards.
  • Support recruiting events, candidate experience initiatives, and continuous process improvement projects as assigned.
