This temp role is designed for a coordinator who has honed the operational foundations of coordination and is actively building their sourcing skills. You'll provide essential scheduling and coordination support to our Tech TA function while owning real sourcing work, including building pipelines, running outreach campaigns, and becoming a genuine partner to our recruiters. If you're someone who loves the craft of finding talent, thrives on operational excellence, and is curious about AI and automation as levers for efficiency, this is your opportunity to grow. You'll report to our Lead Technical Recruiter and collaborate daily with the Director, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and the broader TA/People team. This is a 3-month, US-based, remote Temp role with an expected schedule of 40 hours per week.
