Reporting to the Senior Internal Recruiter, the Internal Recruiting Associate works in coordination with the Senior Internal Recruiter to support various steps associated with the recruitment and hiring of internal candidates in Aerotek field offices. The Internal Recruiting Associate must have strong inter-personal skills, attention to detail and a drive for results as they are providing top talent from a diverse pool in the assigned market(s).

Requirements

  • BA/BS strongly preferred
  • Recruiting and/or sourcing experience, within Aerotek preferred
  • Must be capable of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers (virtually)
  • Proven ability to perform in a production based environment consistently
  • Ability to strategize operational goals and provide ideas/solutions to achieve desired outcome
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to represent Aerotek in a positive manner both internally and externally
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects, be self motivated and work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills

  • Reviewing Applications/Referral Management
  • Pre-Screening Applicants (G2)
  • Scheduling Behavioral Interview(s) with SR IR
  • Ensuring EEO/OFFCP Applications, Dispositions & Compliance
  • Conducts Candidate Outreach Initiatives Campaigns, Incomplete Applications, Withdrawals/Declines etc.
  • Generates Offer Letter/Background Requests (Office Hires/Internal Transitions)
  • Contract Sourcer(s), CCR(s), VOP, VOP FSG and Managed Resources
