Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
3+ years of Human Resources or Recruiting related experience
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources is preferred
Knowledge of healthcare industry is preferred

Responsibilities

Supervises a team through the day-to-day workload and recruiting lifecycle.
Participates in the development and implementation of recruitment projects and programs as needed.
Shares best recruiting practices with associates and team members.
Is the subject matter expert for the recruiting process and policy inquiries.
Trains and mentors’ talent acquisition specialists and coordinators.
Leads a production role that delivers against hiring goals established by TA manager and business needs.
Performs other duties/projects as assigned.
