Talent Acquisition Partner (High Volume)

JobberEdmonton, AB
CA$98,300 - CA$133,100Hybrid

About The Position

Jobber is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (High Volume) to join their scaling organization and help build an incredible talent community. Jobber aims to help people in small businesses succeed by providing technology for services like plumbing, painting, and landscaping, enabling them to quote, schedule, invoice, and collect payments. The company fosters a culture of transparency, inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation, recognized by various accolades. The GTM-Ops Recruitment team is responsible for finding individuals to support Jobber's mission. This role will focus on engaging, interviewing, and hiring talent for the Revenue side of the business, primarily in Sales and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • Proven full-cycle in-house recruitment experience in SaaS or a high-growth, fast-paced environment, specifically in the business and go-to-market areas.
  • A track record of quality delivery across multiple roles and role types, with the ability to manage complexity and manage pace without losing detail.
  • A data-informed mindset. You understand funnel metrics, hiring trends, and how to use insights to influence and improve.
  • A demonstrated builder's relationship with AI: you've used AI tools to build something in your own recruiting practice (a sourcing workflow, a screening tool, an automation, a prompt library) — not just used AI as a passive assistant — and you can speak concretely to what you built and what it changed.
  • A compelling communication style and creative sourcing approach.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • A deep commitment to exceptional candidate experience, from first contact to final offer.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including pipeline building, screening, interviewing, scheduling, stakeholder coaching, and closing.
  • Approach high-volume hiring with energy, understanding that achieving ambitious hiring goals means running a large volume of interviews while maintaining a high-quality, equitable candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to calibrate expectations, improve hiring practices, and up-level talent decisions.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, flag risks, and recommend improvements.
  • Build strong, diverse talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, campaigns, events, and sustained outreach.
  • Prototype and pressure-test new tools, workflows, or AI-assisted approaches that make the recruitment process faster or better.
  • Promote inclusive hiring by embedding equitable and unbiased practices throughout the recruitment process.
  • Act as an advocate and coach on recruitment best practices and standards.
  • Strengthen the employer brand by championing Jobber as a purpose-driven and people-first workplace.
  • Represent Jobber with the highest degree of professionalism.
