Requirements

  • You've run a full-cycle desk with 30-40 active candidates without dropping a thread.
  • Your screen notes are ones another recruiter could act on cold.
  • You source your own pipeline rather than waiting on inbound.
  • You move fast without letting process integrity slip.

  • Experience with technical and infrastructure roles.
  • Experience with mixed high-volume and senior desks.
  • Experience with AI sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruiting for priority roles: source, screen, drive the process, and close.
  • Book and run recruiter pre-screens covering timeline, visa, travel, relocation, and comp expectations, logged in Ashby the same day.
  • Keep pipelines inside SLA: every candidate advanced or dispositioned in days, not weeks.
  • Feed structured signal to hiring managers and the leadership gate so late-stage surprises get rarer every month.
