Requirements

You've run a full-cycle desk with 30-40 active candidates without dropping a thread.
Your screen notes are ones another recruiter could act on cold.
You source your own pipeline rather than waiting on inbound.
You move fast without letting process integrity slip.

Responsibilities

Run full-cycle recruiting for priority roles: source, screen, drive the process, and close.
Book and run recruiter pre-screens covering timeline, visa, travel, relocation, and comp expectations, logged in Ashby the same day.
Keep pipelines inside SLA: every candidate advanced or dispositioned in days, not weeks.
Feed structured signal to hiring managers and the leadership gate so late-stage surprises get rarer every month.
