Supervise a team of Coordinators, providing guidance on training, job postings, and candidate inquiries. Support the recruitment and interview process by tracking candidate progress and coordinating follow-up communications throughout the hiring cycle. Manage and maintain job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring timely publication of new openings and removal of filled positions. Schedule and conduct interviews, meetings, and other recruitment-related activities as requested by Hiring Managers. Oversee and maintain recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn, SmartRecruiters, and Idealist. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, addressing questions and providing support throughout the hiring process. Research and implement new recruiting strategies, sourcing channels, and job boards to expand candidate outreach and attract top talent. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentation as requested. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Attend and actively participate in full staff, management, and departmental meetings.
