Performs intermediate technical and responsible administrative work assisting department leadership in planning and implementing HR solutions across the organization. This position oversees the recruitment process and the information systems that support the employment lifecycle. It consults with department management on staffing requirements to support recruitment efforts. Supervision is exercised over support staff for recruitment and information systems, and this position ensures compliance with all relevant legislation and employment laws/regulations. Occasionally complex problems may arise, and the incumbent will help to develop creative solutions. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Assistant Director of Human Resources.
