This is a high-visibility role within a fast-growing, mission-driven business where you will partner closely with leaders and shape how teams are built and scaled.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in high-volume environments
  • Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced, high-demand settings
  • Strong sourcing and pipelining skills
  • Experience influencing hiring managers and driving decisions
  • Strong organization and follow-through

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
