This role is for a high-impact Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands that recruiting in healthcare, especially long-term care and mission-driven environments, requires strategy, urgency, relationship-building, resilience, and heart. This role will support recruitment efforts across our Senior Services and healthcare programs, with a strong emphasis on long-term care recruiting including nursing, clinical leadership, CNA, and healthcare support roles. The mission of the organization is to build a workforce that changes lives, where each nurse, case manager, direct care professional, and advocate contributes to a child finding safety, an elder finding dignity, a refugee finding home, and a family finding hope.
