North Star Insurance Advisors is one of the fastest-growing final expense insurance agencies in the nation. We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives on connecting the right people to the right opportunities. If you love building relationships, have a knack for spotting talent, and want to help grow a winning team, this is the role for you. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll manage the full recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. You’ll work closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs, attract top talent, and help shape the future of our team.
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles at once
- Comfortable making outreach calls and engaging with candidates over the phone
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Nice To Haves
- Prior recruiting, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales and support roles
- Manage job postings and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers
- Guide candidates through the offer and onboarding process
- Track recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
