About The Position

This position works with our leaders to find the best employees for Nextep. From combing through resumes to leading the interview process, you’ll be helping our team find the perfect employees for Nextep. A typical day in the life of our talent acquisition specialist may include consulting with hiring managers, conducting phone interviews, and sourcing candidates. You’ll also be responsible for managing our openings on job boards and possibly placing job ads. Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and gathering feedback from hiring managers. Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment as needed, working closely with hiring managers and HR leadership. Conduct background screenings for selected candidates, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations. Ideally, you’re an expert communicator, because you’ll likely spend a good chunk of your time on the phone with candidates or advising Nextep’s hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Prior experience hiring skilled professionals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • 18 to 36 months of recruiting experience
  • Ability to provide top-notch customer service and project management to hiring managers
  • Solid experience in sourcing candidates through advanced sourcing strategies, networking, and job boards
  • High school diploma or equivalent
