This role is crucial for strengthening the organization's impact by building strong candidate pipelines, supporting hiring managers with an efficient hiring process, and ensuring a positive applicant experience from initial contact through onboarding. The specialist will manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles and contribute to improving internal hiring systems and processes for greater effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, relational, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is required, along with a passion for serving children and families in crisis and a commitment to stability and independence. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable working remotely, capable of problem-solving and process improvement, and adept at building trust. A Level 2 background screening is mandatory.
