About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will locate and vet prospective candidate profiles and resumes to verify a potential fit within our organization. You will utilize our applicant tracking system (ATS) to capture the appropriate information regarding the prospective candidate’s experience and skill set. This role will connect with prospective candidates through multiple sourcing platforms, organize and execute initial interviews, coordinate all additional steps in the interview process, and build rapport. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will also handle the pre-employment onboarding for your candidates.

  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours. This is not always a Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm role, it requires additional effort to accommodate candidate interviews, sourcing, etc. to ensure success.

  • Experience and or understanding of the Contact Center/Call Center industry.
  • International recruiting experience.
