About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-quality talent for companies across various industries (Spark Energy, Monarch Sky MGA, FlipCo Financial, FuelCo Energy, etc.). They will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, enhance employer branding, and use data-driven insights to optimize recruiting strategies.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of talent acquisition, recruiting, and sourcing techniques
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Experience with ATS software (e.g., ADP Workforce Now) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders
  • Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, high-volume roles simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Able to maintain high standards of integrity
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc
  • Could involve some lifting up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to work in time-sensitive environment with non-flexible deadlines

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and secure top talent using various channels, including social media, job boards, and industry events
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening and interviewing to facilitating offers and ensuring positive candidate experience
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies
  • Learn the various companies and rely on internal team leads to gain insight into their business and hiring needs
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice by highlighting company culture and values
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction to improve processes
  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with legal standards
