Requirements

  • Associate’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience required, or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience proactively sourcing candidates, including outreach, engagement, and pipeline development using tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and resume databases.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; UKG Recruiting & Onboarding experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate, compliant records.
  • High discretion and sound judgment when working with confidential information.
  • Initiative‑driven mindset; ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive work to completion.
  • Working knowledge of federal and multi‑state employment laws impacting recruiting and selection.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and partners professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full‑cycle talent acquisition with a sourcing‑forward approach, including intake meetings, requisition posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and pre‑employment processing.
  • Proactively source, engage, and build talent pipelines for recurring, hard‑to‑fill, and future roles using LinkedIn, Indeed, resume databases, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines through ongoing outreach, follow‑up, and relationship‑building to support predictable and timely hiring.
  • Review applications and sourced profiles; conduct or coordinate preliminary interviews for internship, early‑career, and full‑time roles.
  • Manage active requisitions and pipelines, ensuring timely communication and alignment with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers, HR, and Talent Acquisition colleagues during intake meetings, collaboration discussions, and post‑interview debriefs to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance within the applicant tracking system (ATS), including recruiting documentation, reporting, and adherence to applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, templates, and candidate communications; recommend and implement enhancements while handling confidential information with discretion.
