We deliver tailored cost-containment HCM consulting services to easily meet some of the most complex challenges that our clients face daily. Job Purpose This position is an addition to our growing team! As a Talent Acquisition Specialist and under the leadership of the Chief People and Partner Officer and the Talent and HR Operations Advisor you are tasked with developing your individual recruiting strategy in support of recruiting objectives with the goal of submitting suitable job candidates for assigned positions and meeting the needs of the client or hiring manager.

Requirements

  • Two+ years of Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a four (4) year college degree or equivalent industry experience, or a combination thereof.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline and meet recruiting/metrics goals.
  • Experience managing a strategic full lifecycle recruiting process with a solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
  • Process-oriented manages high volume across multiple client environments without sacrificing candidate experience or quality.
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems.
  • A team player that understands the value of working collaboratively with other members of the group.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proven time management skills are imperative.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the CPPO and Talent & HR Ops Advisor to implement an overall recruiting strategy for each role you are assigned.
  • Write and post job postings on career websites (CATs, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media, evaluate and screen resumes, conduct phone, Zoom, and/or in-person interviews, submit candidates to clients and ensure a thorough line of communication is kept with clients and candidates.
  • Maintain active lines of communication with clients to ensure clients are up to date, SOW goals and objects are met and the client is happy with the outcome.
  • Maintain communication links between the hiring company and the job applicant.
  • Responsible for staying in touch with job applicants and providing them with guidance in their job search.
  • Manage candidate sourcing for active and passive roles to ensure a successful number of phone interviews are completed on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain a complete record of interviewing activity in our ATS systems, CATs, and ADP WFN.
  • Provide weekly and monthly metrics.
  • Other duties as assigned.
