We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist us in sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles within the company. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally to find the right individuals to fill open positions at TechServ. As a member of the Human Resources team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and initiating the onboarding process for selected candidates. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates.
