About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support full-cycle recruitment through a variety of functions. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. The ideal candidate will be a proactive partner to hiring managers, leveraging data, tools, and market insights to drive recruitment success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields of study. Will consider associate’s degree or certification in HR, Business, or a related field, combined with at least 8 years of professional experience in recruitment or staffing
  • 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Proven success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Experience with ATS and CRM platforms (e.g. Bullhorn, Workday, Workday, iCIMS).
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of California labor laws and hiring practices.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Utilize platforms such as Success Factors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS/CRM systems to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing using Boolean searches, networking, and referrals.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and talent forecasting.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation within the applicant tracking system.
