About The Position

AIR Communities is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly, onsite operations support roles. This is an in-office role based at AIR’s Denver Tech Center office. The position involves managing full-cycle recruiting for various frontline roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand needs, building candidate pipelines through diverse sourcing methods, screening candidates for key attributes like reliability and motivation, and maintaining a focus on candidate quality and hiring accuracy. The role also includes writing job postings, tracking recruiting metrics, and embracing new recruiting technologies.

  • A stable professional history that reflects commitment, follow-through, and strong hiring partnerships.
  • Success delivering qualified, reliable candidates—not just resume volume.
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to find candidates beyond inbound applicants.
  • Excellent screening judgment, attention to detail, organization, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with applicant tracking systems, job boards, spreadsheets, and recruiting tools.
  • Embrace new technology, AI tools, and flexibility as recruiting technology and best practices evolve.
