FMI, a leading management consulting and investment banking firm specializing in the built environment, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing & Recruiting Specialist to join its growing People & Culture team. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-driven talent acquisition professional who excels at identifying, engaging, and attracting exceptional talent while helping the firm meet both current and future hiring needs. The Talent Acquisition Sourcing & Recruiting Specialist will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specialized consulting, investment banking, and corporate services roles. Success in this role requires the ability to identify and engage highly qualified candidates for difficult-to-fill positions while simultaneously building long-term talent pipelines that enable FMI to hire quickly as business needs evolve. In addition to leading sourcing efforts, this role will manage a select portfolio of recruiting requisitions to stay closely connected to FMI's recruiting process, candidate experience, and hiring manager partnerships by providing additional recruiting capacity as business needs evolve. This full-time opportunity is based in our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with three days per week in the office and two days working remotely.
