Requirements

  • Proven recruitment expertise with a track record of hiring top talent across various roles (Customer Success, Operations, Marketing).
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment with hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Experience screening resumes, analyzing cover letters, and conducting culture fit phone interviews.
  • Experience managing multiple recruitment channels and streamlining the hiring process.
  • Experience conducting active candidate searches and connecting with applicants through LinkedIn.
  • Yoda-level organizational skills for managing applicant flow, coordinating with hiring managers, tracking referrals, and organizing candidate info.
  • Proven experience in developing external recruitment partnerships.
  • Experience with end-to-end recruitment management, from recruitment kickoff meetings to new hire onboarding.
  • SOP-building skills for recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Data-driven reporting skills and diligence in tracking progress daily.
  • Humility: putting the team and others' needs ahead of your own.

  • Cutting hiring costs creatively and streamlining processes.
  • Coaching managers to interview effectively.
  • Scouting for standout talent and hiring the very best.
  • Ensuring new hires feel like a natural fit from day one.
  • Helping the right people land in the right roles.
  • Conducting active candidate searches and connecting with applicants.
  • Managing applicant flow, coordinating with hiring managers, tracking referrals, and organizing candidate information.
  • Developing external recruitment partnerships and expanding the talent pool beyond Canada.
  • Leading and supporting end-to-end recruitment management, from kickoff meetings to new hire onboarding.
  • Building SOPs for recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Keeping recruitment reporting up-to-date and tracking progress daily.
